Welcome back to our get more series! We’re gonna talk about farming, are you against farming? Did you try farming and it didn’t work out for you? There’s so many people who say they tried it and they give up. Why? Well then let’s assess that.. I can tell you that if you gave up, or if it didn’t work out, your strategy wasn’t really clear to yourself, or you are not doing the processes you are supposed to. Definitely, you have to hit people multiple times for them to realize who you are and what you do. Your brand has to be consistent, we talked about that, and now in your farming all your pieces must look alike, and you must use different mediums. Don’t just drop a postcard every three months and say it didn’t work out, it is a waste of money. If you’re dropping one postcard in an area and waiting for people to call, it’s not gonna work that way. You need multiple touches, so you do print marketing, you’ll do social media campaign targeted to the area, you’ll spend money on campaign ads and stuff but that will bring your results. People will see you postcard, will see you on their mobile and then do some medium outside. If you can do a bench ad or a billboard, a bus stop, something that would be in that area your targeted and then you’re gonna have a listing. So, they’re gonna see your sign out there and then a sold sign, most importantly it’s time to do a video testimonial with your sellers. They’re gonna be so happy in that neighborhood and other people know them as well. Now they saw your postcard, they saw your bench ad, they saw your social media, they saw the sign for sale and sold, then they see their neighbor saying how amazing you were. That’s a strategy right there.
