To ensure our community’s safety we are currently providing all services in a safe manner

to protect each home from possible contamination:

How our team is shooting listings

Our Team:
Is required to sanitize their hands and equipment before and after each shoot.
Is required to advise Sold Right Away and re-assign any work if are feeling ill or have recently travelled.
Will be mindful of the environment and only handle their own equipment while on site.
Will continue to remove shoes before entering the home and will be changing socks between houses.
Will be safely maintaining physical distancing while on site.

Instructions for Realtors & home owners:
In order to keep our community safe, we require clients to:

Confirm that the home owners and families have not been exposed to the virus, not under quarantine or have recently travelled.
Clean and disinfect the property prior to the shoot.
Leave all lights on, toilet seats down and all interior doors open for each room in the shoot.
Have the house showing ready for photos (our photographers will not be moving or touching personal belongings for the photos).
Provide us with lockbox access or for clients who wish to be present; to maintain safe physical distancing, wait outside or in their car during the shoot.
